We produce our Phosphate MCP-22.7-DCP-18, Feed Additives, and Premix products by quality certification standards such as GMP+, ISO, and HACCP. We perform the quality control of raw materials and end products in our laboratory equipped with high technology equipment (using UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, HPLC, AAS, and Ion Chromatography devices) within our factory.
BAFFEED is the only factory in the world that produces Monocalcium Phosphate (MCP 22.7% Granular) and Dicalcium Phosphate (DCP 18.0% Granular, Powder), Premix, and Feed additives under the same roof.

Analysis processes based on the chromatography method are performed by using UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, HPLC, AAS, and Ion Chromatography devices.
Calcium, Ph, and Moisture analyzers are performed.
They are analyzed based on the interaction between the stationary phase, the mobile phase, and the substances in the mixture. HPLC AAS, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, and ion selective electrode method are used.
Vitamin, Toxin, and Amino Acid analyses are performed in the HPLC System, and Heavy metal and Mineral analyses are performed in the AAS System.
